Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist                                                          Maternity Leave Cover

1 Year Part Time Post – at least 22.5 hours per week

Salary:  £36,000 to £38,000 per year (pro rata)                                                               According to qualifications and experience

This is an opportunity for a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist to join the Brent Centre for Young People.  Duties will include clinical and consultation work at the Brent Youth Offending Service and at Laufer House, Joint Coordination and Business Development of the Centre’s Schools and Outreach Service, Network to strengthen relationships and capitalise upon opportunities coming up within Brent and surrounding boroughs and to support the Clinical Administration Service Manager.

The successful applicant will provide therapeutic consultations to adolescents/children (and families) and staff consultation, supervision and support.  He/she will joint coordinate the Schools and Outreach Service and assistant management of the the Clinical Administration Service.

The postholder will also maintain and develop relationship with Heads, Principals, Deputy Heads and other relevant staff at schools, the Brent YOS and other outreach locations.
