Our Events
The Brent Centre for Young People hosts a range of different training sessions and events, ranging from adolescent mental health training seminars to essential fundraising events. These events enable us to share the Centre's and our clinicians' expertise while connecting with important stakeholders in the adolescent mental health space and the local community.
Training Seminars and Conferences
Drawing from our unique experience supporting young people, the Brent Centre for Young People's psychotherapy and psychoanalytic professionals offer invaluable insights to professionals across diverse disciplines, particularly those focused on adolescent mental health. Through knowledge-sharing and networking, we aim to enhance the delivery of services for young individuals.
The Brent Centre occasionally hosts conferences. For these events, the Centre carefully selects speakers and panelists to address specialised areas relating to adolescent mental health. In a recent collaboration with Westminster School, we held a conference titled 'Adolescence Now: Understanding & Supporting Today's Adolescent'.
